The Culture of Cookery is the manifestation of my life-time obsession with food. While other kids were using their TV time on a quest to save Princess Peach or to hang out with Disney’s “Weekenders” (did anyone else watch that show??), I wandered the Food Network channel at the chance to sit at the table with Emeril, Jamie, or any one of the OG Iron Chefs (Japanese version plz). What started out as merely entertainment, soon evolved into an intense fascination, and eventually a genuine source of excitement.
Food has become one of my favourite ways to make memories. Here’s to hoping you can make some around it as well!
